The Beddit Sleep Monitor (Model 3.5) is a revolutionary device that automatically tracks your sleep and works with the Beddit app on your iPhone to help measure, manage, and improve your sleep. The sensor strip is extremely thin, flat, and soft, measuring only 2 millimeters thin, providing a comfortable and unobtrusive sleep tracking experience. With automatic and accurate tracking, you get a full picture of your night by measuring sleep time, heart rate, breathing, snoring, as well as bedroom temperature and humidity.
This sensor strip is also designed to be non-intrusive, as it does not require any wearable and works on any size mattress and with one or two people in the bed. Additionally, sleep analysis, heart rate, and respiratory data can be stored in the Health app on your iPhone for easy access and review.
The Beddit Sleep Monitor also provides motivation to achieve your sleep goals through tip notifications like morning results, bedtime reminders, and weekly reports. The entire system requires the Beddit (for Model 3.5) app, which is available only in English.
